* 2 Years Recent Income Taxes
* W2’s/1099’s (Recent 2 years Income Tax)
* Pay Stubs (Last 30 days/ 1 Month 1 Full Month)
* Checking/Savings Account Statements (Last 2 Months-All pages)
* Retirement or 401 K Statement (Most Recent)
* Mortgage Statement(s) for ALL current properties owned
* VALID State Driver’s License (Clear Copy COLOR)
* Social Security Card
* Employment Authorization Document-(EAD), aka "Legal Work Permit Card to work in U.S. "
* Immigration SVS Green Card: Legal Proof to reside as US Residency or conditional residency.
* Both EAD and Green Card can be used as legal form PHOTO ID, both are status permitted in the United States of America. (Proof of legal citizenship status)
* Form I-797 Notice Of Action: "Official Immigration Approval Notice can serve as certain immigration benefits and may be used as evidence in some cases. Citizen path."
* VA LOANS for U.S. military and U.S. military veterans or U.S. military reservist / U.S. military guard unit: (DD-214 Page 1 & page 4 & Certificate of Eligibility), if applicable
* Complete Work History last two years no gaps; if gaps a letter of explanation may be required.
* Permanent Resident Card (Clear Copy both front and back -COLOR)
* Please Provide Every Numbered Page – Even Blank
